3 4 hours ago Full Job Description Duties Ensure successful delivery of Capability Support or Continuous Process Improvements through oversight and coordination.
Responsible for life cycle software support to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Participate in the development and application of program level strategy in order to guide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
Manage relationships and serving as a focal point among customers, partners, and internal teams ensuring project initiatives are understood, integrated, and executed successfully.
Mitigate program risks by providing visibility, escalation, and routing to appropriate project teams.
Propose and elicit solutions to projects challenges and ensure action is carried out until resolution.
Maintain lines of communication and disseminating information between layers of an organization and with partners and customers.
Provide a variety of ERP software services and analyses to ensure integration among project teams and delivery of projects.
Develops and delivers informational briefs through various reporting mechanisms such as scorecards, schedules, and workshops to convey project readiness, risk situation, and work effort progress to customers, leaders, and partners.
Reviews Integrated Master Schedule with project integrators, schedulers, leads, and project teams ensuring schedules are maintained through time reporting, resource allocation, and resource utilization to meet or exceed cost and schedule goals.
Maintains responsibility for budget and the technical monitoring of contracts.
Establishes policies and formulates procedures for the operation of the enterprise computer systems, and serves as technical authority in the areas of applications systems design and analysis.
Develops, evaluates and designs system software configurations needed to support SAP applications and customized integration of business computer systems.

To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03).

1) Developing, designing, and evaluating computer system software and configurations; 2) Performing computer software life cycle support; 3) Troubleshooting and resolving system software issues; and 4) Preparing and delivering information technology briefings and/or trainings.
