DutiesCoordinate with, top management officials, both within and outside the command.Provide full range planning, programming, budgeting, execution, analysis and reporting support in accordance with mission requirements.Serve as the principal advisor for programs, finances, cost control and special assignments as they relate to the Investment Appropriations.Applies comprehensive knowledge in policies or procedures. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
