Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes working as the operation officer/operational processes, and procedures; experience conducting studies, analysis and special projects either as the leader or as part of a team; AND/OR experience researching local, Department of the Army and Department of Defense regulations and policies to develop acceptable action plans and resolutions in response to specific issues. Experience in Developing, maintaining and coordinating, tracking responses to meet stablished milestones and due dates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
