Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1. Following standard test procedures that support programs such as a armament program; 2. Utilizing mathematical formulas to assist higher graded engineering technicians operating machining equipment for parts; 3. Compile instrumental readings for use by higher graded engineering technicians; 4 Utilizing various computer software programs to retrieve data. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). OR Education:
Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages. Salary range for GS-05 - $40,345 through $52,452 per annum. GS-06 - Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1. Providing input for modifications in test procedures and/or test equipment for programs such as armament program; 2. Utilizing mathematical formulas to assist higher graded engineering technicians operating machining equipment for parts; 3. Recording instrumental readings for higher graded engineering technicians; 4. Utilizing various computer software programs to input and retrieve data. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05). OR Education:
A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field directly related to the work of the position, such as engineering, construction, or industrial technology; or that included at least 24 semester hours in any combination of courses related to engineering, engineering or industrial technology, construction, physics, drafting, surveying, physical science, or mathematics. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 9. Add the two percentages. Salary range for GS-06:
$44,973 through $58,466 per annum. GS-07 - Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1. Recommending modifications in test procedures and/or test equipment related to armament programs; 2. Utilizing mathematical formulas for adjusting and operating machining equipment for parts; 3. Recording instrumental readings and evaluating test data; 4. Utilizing various computer software programs for monitoring, inputting, and retrieving data related to armament programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). OR Education:
One full year of graduate level education in a field directly related to the work of the position, such as engineering, construction, or industrial technology; or that included at least 24 semester hours in any combination of courses related to engineering, engineering or industrial technology, construction, physics, drafting, surveying, physical science, or mathematics. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. Salary range for GS-07:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
